Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Scorivra at https://scorivra.com and its related services (the “Service”). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.

Scorivra provides site and search visibility tools, including AI Visibility, Google Maps Rankings, Site Audit, performance analytics using connected GA4 and Google Search Console data, reporting, and related search visibility and analysis features. Available functionality, limits, and data history depend on your plan and may change over time.

You must provide accurate account and billing information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify Scorivra of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring that your use and your users' use complies with these Terms and applicable law.

You may connect, audit, track, or analyze only websites, domains, Google Analytics properties, Google Search Console properties, Google Maps businesses, and other assets that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for obtaining any permissions required from asset owners, account holders, users, or other parties.

Scorivra offers a Free plan and monthly paid Starter, Pro, and Pro+ subscriptions. Current prices, features, and usage limits are shown on the Pricing page and at checkout. Taxes and other charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout.

Lemon Squeezy provides the hosted checkout, processes payments and subscriptions, and acts as Merchant of Record. Your purchase is also subject to the applicable Lemon Squeezy checkout and payment terms. You authorize the recurring charges disclosed at checkout until you cancel. Scorivra receives subscription and transaction records but does not directly store your full payment card number.

You may cancel a subscription before its next renewal through the billing controls made available for your subscription or through the official support method available in the Service. Cancellation stops future automatic renewals. Unless applicable law or the refund rules below require otherwise, cancellation does not reverse charges already made, and paid access continues until the end of the current paid period shown for the subscription.

Initial purchases are eligible for a full refund only when both conditions are met: (1) the refund is requested within seven days after the initial purchase, and (2) no paid feature included with that subscription has been accessed, initiated, or used after payment. This is a “7 days + unused only” policy, not an unconditional money-back guarantee.

A subscription is considered used and is no longer refundable as soon as you access, initiate, or use any paid feature after payment. Paid feature use includes, without limitation:

• running an AI Visibility measurement or viewing paid AI Visibility data;
• running a Google Maps Rankings measurement or viewing paid ranking or grid data;
• using paid subscription functionality in Site Audit;
• connecting or synchronizing GA4 or Google Search Console data, or using that data in a paid dashboard;
• running paid tracking, analysis, crawling, data collection, or reporting functionality; or
• accessing, initiating, or using any other feature included in a paid plan.

The following actions alone do not count as paid feature use: signing in, viewing account information, viewing billing information, or cancelling the subscription. Use of a free public feature before payment also does not count as post-purchase paid feature use.

Refunds may still be provided where required by applicable law, for a duplicate charge or clear billing error, or where required under Lemon Squeezy's applicable payment-processing policies. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, subject to those exceptions. You may cancel at any time to prevent the next renewal.

To request an eligible refund, use the official support method available in the Service and include information sufficient to identify the initial purchase. Refund eligibility may be verified using purchase records and post-purchase paid-feature activity.

Measurements and results are time-sensitive and may change because of AI answer variation, Google Maps ranking changes, search engine updates, differences in query location or language, website changes, third-party API delays or outages, and delays or changes in Google API data.

Scorivra does not guarantee any particular ranking increase, AI mention or citation, traffic, lead, conversion, revenue, business outcome, or continued availability of third-party data. Results are informational and should be evaluated with your own judgment and other relevant data.

You must not misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes accessing assets without authorization; violating law or third-party rights; submitting malicious code; interfering with security, availability, or other users; bypassing plan limits or access controls; probing or reverse engineering except where applicable law expressly permits it; using automated access outside documented interfaces; reselling or sublicensing the Service without permission; or using the Service to generate deceptive, abusive, or unlawful activity.

Scorivra and its software, interfaces, branding, documentation, and original content are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you. You retain rights in content and assets you provide. You grant Scorivra a limited right to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the Service and fulfill your instructions.

The Service interoperates with providers such as Google, Clerk, Lemon Squeezy, Supabase, Vercel, DataForSEO, and Resend. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Scorivra is not responsible for third-party changes, suspensions, outages, data accuracy, or acts beyond Scorivra's reasonable control. You are responsible for maintaining any third-party permissions required for connected features.

We may add, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features and may perform maintenance. We aim to operate the Service reliably but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice of a material change that significantly reduces paid functionality.

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay required charges, exceed or evade Service limits, or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time and may cancel paid renewal as described above. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions—will survive.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Scorivra disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and warranties arising from course of dealing. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Scorivra will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to the Service. Scorivra's aggregate liability will not exceed the maximum limitation permitted by applicable law. These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

These Terms are governed by the law that applies to the Service relationship under applicable conflict-of-law rules. Courts or other dispute forums with jurisdiction under applicable law will have authority over disputes. Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer protections or dispute rights that apply in your place of residence.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, providers, pricing structure, or legal requirements. We will post the revised Terms at this URL and update the effective date. Where required by law or appropriate for a material change, we will provide additional notice. Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
